Ty Belletete

My name is Ty Belletete. I am a first-year realtor heading into my second year. Real estate was always a growing passion of mine. As a second-generation realtor, I grew up watching my mom, Uta Belletete, hustle not only to provide for us as a family but also for her clients. The joy it creates seeing a client fulfilled by one’s service is payment in itself.

Client satisfaction is my number one goal, which is brought to light through hard work, honesty, and integrity.

I was born in Germany and moved to Fayetteville, North Carolina, when I was only 4 years old. Ever since then, I have lived in Fayetteville, other than going to college. After graduating from Jack Britt High School, I decided to pursue higher education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC), where I earned my degree in finance.

Throughout my college career, I was involved all over campus, from the real estate club to fraternities/sororities, where I joined Pi Kappa Phi. Through these campus connections, I was able to learn a lot about my job, education, and myself while also building lasting relationships with other driven individuals.

I decided to pursue my real estate license and obtained it in the fall of 2021, while COVID was taking place. All college classes were online, so I decided to take a semester off from college and get my real estate license. This was the best decision I have ever made. When I graduated from college, I moved straight back to Fayetteville and began working at RE/MAX Choice.

Since February of this year, I have closed on 8+ homes and have many more lined up.

Personally, I am 24 years old. I LOVE spending time with family and friends; I am a big family man. I have a beautiful wife, whom I have been with for 10 years now. My brother is a college graduate too, currently working in the business field as well. My father is a veteran who served 20+ years in the army. With that said, I love our military, and 50% of my transactions have been with military members.
